Returns Guidelines for Mardijong
At Mardijong we are committed to customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mardijong purchase. If you find our products defective in any way, or if you’re disappointed with the purchase, please follow the guidelines below and contact us at info@mardijong.com.
Full refund:

Full-price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund, excluding any shipping fees. We will extend the return period for two weeks after the Christmas holiday.

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, 100% complete and in original packaging.

Any items shrink-wrapped must be returned sealed and unopened for a full refund.

Exchanges are not supported at this time. Please return the original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.

Return shipping costs will be paid for by the purchaser. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of a defective item or an error on our part.

Please include the order number and reason for return.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Partial refund/restocking fee:

If shrink wrap has been broken on a set of tiles, 160 total tiles must be returned inside the tile bag provided.

If the set is complete upon return but out of shrink-wrap, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of the refund.
Lost in Transit:
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost in transit and has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will offer you the choice of a replacement (if available) or a refund for the lost item.
