Meet The Artists
Jaime Estorge
Jaime Estorge is a contemporary artist and designer whose work blends playful storytelling with sophisticated design. Inspired by Southern culture, coastal influences, and world travel, she creates vibrant pieces filled with color, movement, and personality. Her art reflects a love of celebration, nostalgia, and meaningful detail, resulting in work that feels both whimsical and refined. Through painting and design, Jaime aims to create joyful art that sparks connection and conversation.
Beatriz McDonald
Beatriz McDonald is a New Orleans–raised illustrator with a signature style as warm and layered as the city itself. Known for blending watercolor, ink, pencils, crayons, and pastels, she's the artist behind Big Easy Counting and several other children's books. Inspired by the color and charm of her hometown, Beatriz brought that same sense of magic and imagination to the MardiJong tiles.
Jennifer Keith
Jennifer Keith is a mixed media artist born in Monroe and rooted in New Orleans, where Louisiana's culture, nature, and everyday magic fuel her work. Her layered canvases explore identity, memory, and the beauty found in ordinary moments. Jennifer is also something truly special to us — a dear friend and the beloved art teacher to Kalee's children. Having her bring her talent to the MardiJong tiles made this project that much more meaningful.
Cameron
Cameron is Kalee's incredibly talented niece and one of the creative minds behind the MardiJong tile designs. A recent St. Joseph's Academy graduate and Scholastic Gold Key Award recipient, she's now studying sequential art at SCAD in Savannah — and her future is just getting started. Getting to collaborate with her on this project was one of the most special parts of bringing MardiJong to life.
